MAGOO Intellectual Property Advisor (MAGOO) este un cabinet de proprietate intelectuala, fiind fondat de catre avocat european in proprietate intelectuala Magori-Craiovan Laura-Valentina. MAGOO se adreseaza tuturor celor care doresc sa isi protejeze capitalul intelectual, in special cu privire la marci.
Laura-Valentina MAGORI-CRAIOVAN este membra in Baroul Bucuresti din anul 2009 si membra a Camerei Nationale a Consilierilor de Proprietate Industriala din Romania din anul 2013. In anul 2008 a absolvit Facultatea de Drept – Universitatea din Bucuresti (a terminat anii de studiu 2 si 3 intr-unul singur), a urmat apoi cursurile Institutului National de Pregatire si Perfectionare a Avocatilor, unde a studiat predominant Dreptul Comercial si Dreptul Uniunii Europene, iar ulterior a absolvit programul de Master in Dreptul Afacerilor.
Dezvoltand in scurt timp o pasiune pentru domeniul Dreptului de Proprietate Intelectuala, urmeaza frecvent cursuri de perfectionare in acest domeniu la nivel international si participa la conferinte nationale organizate de catre Camera Consilierilor in Proprietate Industriala unde se pun in discutie teme de actualitate.
In portofoliul sau se regasesc clienti din domenii variate de business, precum: sport, medicina, tehnologia informatiei, muzica, arta plastica, dezvoltare si promovare imobiliara etc.
Limbi straine: engleza si spaniola.
Va putem reprezenta in instanta, in proceduri de arbitraj international, la medieri, la Oficiul European de Proprietate Intelectuala (EUIPO), la Oficiul de Stat pentru Inventii si Marci din Romania (OSIM), la orice oficiu al Registrului Comertului din tara (ONRC)-avand semnatura electronica, la Oficiul Roman pentru Drepturi de Autor (ORDA), precum si in fata altor autoritati romane sau persoane juridice de drept privat romane sau straine.
